We have a head coach who refuse to override stupid calls from OC all season, too many examples, just review any game this year.

We have a head coach who refuse to adjust scheme planned by the DC, even thou its obviously not working in the 1st quarter.

We have a head coach who don't know the rule, mis-manage time out and refuse to put correct personnels on the field; i.e. Ginn was playing way too much, keep finding reasons not to use Wake.

People.....don't not give me reasons such as Sparano took us from 1-15 to division champion...blah, blah, blab...

Don't you see people, last season was a result of a perfect storm. Main reason, a very very soft schedule and the wildcat caught teams in surprise.

Stop drinking the cool-aid, needless to say, OC and DC need to go, and Sparano is not as good as you think. For all the failure resulted in OC and DC mistakes, Sparano has to share the faults as well.

Stop protecting Sparano and just want to fire the OC and DC. If we do not change head coach, no matter who will be the new OC and DC, this team will not change much.

I am not sure about canning Sparano, but the OC and DC need to go! If he is not able to step up and do that then it is very fair to question his leadership! This is not the first game this season our coaching staff has just looked clueless! To go out like this at home is a kick to the face of everyone who supports the Miami Dolphins!

Are you really that delusional about the talent that we have on this team? Vince Lombardi himself could not win with this group. We need players before we can start to evaluate the worthiness of the head coach. It boggles my mind that people overlook how bad we are at some key positions and go right for the throat of the head coach.

Keep Sparano and get rid of Henning and Give PAsq 1 more year. However, this team is either to young or to old. We do not have many in the prime players. The only 1 that is playing still is Starks and Carey/Smiley.

still drinking cool aid.

LOL

You always start threads like this. The Dolphins come out flat and you want to blow up the entire county of Dade and start over from scratch. That's your solution for everything. EVERYTHING. To hell with letting these young players develop. GMAFB.

Excuses...every team suffered injuries. Falling behind 27-0 at home against a 7-7 team....no way. Injuries is not a main factor.

LOL

Say what??? A new HC can not help young players to develop?

So I guess now that the players have came out in the second half and played with a sense of urgency is all the players going into the locker room and having some great epiphany as Tony Sparano sat quietly in the corner? Sparano certainly didn't light into this team.

No way.

Sparano can't help these young players develop? Hartline is our best receiver. Chad Henne looks pretty good for a guy with very little experience being asked to do so much. Injuries to our two best players. Two rookies in the secondary making strong contributions.

Yeah, it's all Sparano lol.

Pretty much what you said.I'm sure Sparano will be back but we better have new OC and DC's next season.
