After listening too all the rave reviews by the Monday Night Countdown crew who have the Dolphins as a possible top team for years too come but you come on this board and all you hear is doom and gloom. This team just needs too learn how too finish and that comes with time. Whenever your building a team you aquire talent, coaching, and then you have too let the maturing process come together. That may take 1 , 2 or 3 yrs. I'll take the experts who know more football than any of the doomsday fans on here. Yes I'll be pissed if we loose this game or meltdown like last year but I'll take a team with talent and potential than a no talent 3 win cellar dweller any day. Go phins.

If Steve Young were a coach looking for a team, he'd go with the Finz.

No no, you misheard. I have it on good authority the media hates us and would rather cut out their own tongues than say something even vaguely positive about the Dolphins.

They must have said something to the effect of: "The Dolphins will be one of the top teams for years to come...in Hell. If they get really lucky they will defeat the Raiders in the Satan Bowl. Now lets cut to the Broncos and talk about Peyton Manning's legacy again".

Pay closer attention.

Spesh, like the sig pic. Please dont spoil last night. I havent seen it yet! :p

The experts are trying to be less biased - they haven't been witnessing this team make it's fans suffer for the past decade.

Oh the experts think we're great? Guess the last 10 years of trash football didn't happen. It's not that we're "doom and gloom", we're more "prove it". Maybe you just became a fan 1, 2, or 3 years ago. But if you've been a long term Dolphin fan you should have a really bad taste in your mouth with how they've played football in this century.

I don't deal in the past I deal with the reality of today. i don't think about the wasted Marino years with no defense or the wasted great defensive years with Zach and Jt with that mess at QB. I'm a logical thinker not an emotional one. I leave emotional thinking to the lady and little girl in my life. I deal with the disappointment of the moment like last years meltdown then I start thinking how can this team get better.

This the same media that picked Miami to finish in the bottom half of the NFL this year?

I think the Dolphins win however I am just concerned as division teams always get up for games like this and last year left a bad memory. I don't think it will be a blow out.

I think most of us fans have a "cautious" optimism right now. Although I think there is something to be said about "being afraid to win". Finishing games is where we need to improve and I believe we will.
