Fantastic game. I'm glad I saw it live.

Thoughts watching the highlights;

-I forgot Ark Monk Played for the Jets.
-Boomer had some wheels back in the day.
-Timbo.....God, that guy was such a dynamic and under rated DT.
-Marino wasn't a hard guy to read. When it was the WR's fault, you could tell.
When it was his fault, you could tell.

tim bowens aka "no toes" was awesome

I will always remember him because he was missing toes on one foot and had a special shoe made to compensate :)

Bowens was a beast. He instantly gave us a tougher dline.

We were never out of a game with Danny Boy at the helm.

I watched the game live at the Meadowlands in a corporate Box, mostly filled with Jets fans and their kids. I had a marino jersey, zumba pants and even a throw towel on. As the game progressed, I was sitting in the front row of the box in the corner and a few Jets parents sent their kids to torment me. I explained that you can never ever count Dan out of a game and they stayed near me in the front. As Dan slowly brought them back into the game the kids started to see the magic. After the fake spike I think a few of the young jets fans cheered. I converted a few into Dolphin fans for life. It was such a great memory, Thanks Dan and the rest of the Dolphins.

Wow, seeing that cannon again reminds ne that there was just no one in Dan's zip code when it came to throwing the football back then. I'm proud to say that i saw that game on TV when it aired way back when.

One of the worst days ever as a jet fan which is saying a lot for all the bad games I have seen.

I was sitting in he corner of the EZ where Ingram caught the ball. Those teams under Coslet and Carroll blew so many big leads it shouldn't have been that shocking but it was.

I was in that same corner with my dad, I was 15 and spurred my love for the game and torment between me and all my friends who are jets fans.... Smack talk makes the games so much more fun and important cause u don't wanna hear it all week lol
