Today, we’ll vote on DeVante Parker.

He has the talent to do whatever he wants on the field. He’s shown us elite flashes but damn I don’t know.

He’s worth keeping around but he’s not going to be the elite star we all hoped. It’ll be a win if he can go a year without getting nicked up to miss time.

He’ll be better with a better qb, Cutler had zero timing and his a anticipation was god awful. So whether it’s Tannehill or a rookie he’s going to be better than last year. He was Miami’s best WR until he got hurt, he also had one of the best games a WR had against SD and their lockdown secondary and he was 2nd in the NFL in routes run against top corners. He just needs to put it all together.

Mulligan for year 1.
Solid and promising year 2.
Cutler for year 3.
??? for year 4.

I'm still optimistic for him, especially if a healthy Tanny is back and we have decent line play. Nucleus.

I've been waiting for this one, the short answer is "I don't know". Based on what I've seen so far, it's becoming more and more unlikely unless he turns it around.......like now. I hope this is not the case because I really like this kid.

I'm giving him this season to get his **** together, stay healthy, and actually have a solid QB throwing him the football. His targets should see a significant climb as well with Landry likely gone. He was developing some nice chemistry with Tanny before the ACL.

I don't see a difference in his skill set and any of the elite receivers in the NFL. He's got all the tools. Gotta put it together, stay on the field, and produce. He can still become a WR1, but it's got to be 2018.

If I'm not mistaken, Parker was a big reason why we didn't sign Landry last year. Thought was we would pay the alpha receiver once he showed further growth after the 2nd year. He never got there and now we have Landry wanting alpha money playing the slot and Parker still needing to show up.

Im letting him play out his rookie contract.

He looked just fine with RT when he was healthy.

He looked like that same player last year before his ankle injury and when he returned.

But HOLY CRAP did you see some of those balls Cutler threw out there to him? HORRIBLE.

Werent even 50/50 balls. Even good receivers require a little QB accuracy.

If he can prove to stay healthy, we can probably keep him on a pretty cheap deal, as a #2.. why not.

Ugh, nobody knows. Not even Devante. I'm betting he has his best year because it's contract time, but safeties too easily get inside his head to really make use of the downfield jump balls. They just sweep his legs and get him sideways to land ackwardly. Chambers adjusted his game after Kenoy Kennedy lit him up, but he had speed and quicks.
