Looking at the Landry TD again, the RT doesn't even block Connor Barwin. He decided to double the LDE for some reason allowing Barwin to get in Tannehill's face in less than a second.
Was it lazor or just Fox being lost?
That's the stuff that scares me. How in the heck was he supposed to blatently ignore a DE who's running right into the throwing lane? Was it lazor or just Fox being lost?
It was a win by the skin of a chin...glad the Eagles trade Nick Foles away.
I don't know what the hell Fox was doing. You don't need to double the LDE at the goal line. Tannehill looked to be throwing to Landry as a pre-planned maneuver as it was. The fact that Barwin was untouched was the reason the ball was tipped up in the air in the first place.
He was throwing to back pylon to Matthews. They were overplaying the slant and Tannenhill tried to unload it to Matthews on the one step corner route.
