I have a few things to say about today.
First off let me say it was a good turnaround for the phins this year. Now to todays game.
1:Our offensive line could not stop the ravens Defense today they looked confused about who was coming and some of them got overpowered a few times.
2:I do not think the defense played all that great today. You can say that Flacco did not do much against our defense. But I thought he did what he was told to do by the coaches. They played Ravens football today. I watched some of their games once I found out that we would play them as a wildcard. They take a lead and then they let the defense take care of business. And they have flacco take very little risks with the ball. We should of stopped the run when we knew it was coming right at us. But our Defense (EXCLUDING SECONDARY)is not that good so we could not dominate their offensive line.
3: I think the fact that we did not play any top defenses this year besides baltimore hurt us because we where not prepared for the physical game that the top defenses have. Baltimore o line is good because they played all the top defenses this year and that prepared them.
4: Chad has played the baltimore defense before when he was a jet but always had a hard time against them because of what they do as a team. He just keep trying to make plays today . But the arm strenth was just not there. Ed reed on the last interception he made was all the way on the right side of the field and got to the ball on the left side of the field before the ball got to the reciever. Most QBs with good arm strenth would of gotten that one in there.
5: Better long threat recievers. now I know you guys are going to hate me here but here goes anyway. Why would we need to get any long threat receivers like some of you guys want. When we have a QB that will not be able to get it to them because of his arm strenth. What we need is good route runners because chad is good on short throws. And again needs more protection from the o line.
