What if the "Tank" & the "Rebuild" were both wrong? We trade for Rosen and start using some of next years picks to continue to build the lines in this years draft and it morphs into an "All In".
 
Like "all in" the cesspool?

WTF do you think Rosen is gonna bring to Miami?

He's proven he can't read defenses. Can't run. Lame duck
in the pocket. Can't hit open targets. Stares down receivers.
Gets a lot of balls tipped at LOS. Etc. And yet...

Eureka! He's a great QB with some magic
potion coaching and an ALL-PRO OL!

If they trade for rosen I think the trade future assets for draft o line this year stuff has to be in play.
 
The only real thing is that we have morons running the team top down, and they are in it to fk around as long as they can, in perpetuity.

Or, what if we trade for Rosen who has other interests, lots of self-interest, and isn't a leader? His teammates didn't like him at UCLA, and he was winning and starring in college of all places … how do you NOT get the backing of your teammates in that situation in SoCal????? Then he was ticked off at being the last drafted of the top QB's … and he didn't prove anyone wrong as he posted one of the worst rookie seasons in recent memory. And the Arizona players didn't believe in him. When the rumors surfaced that the Cardinals were pursuing Kingsbury and he would want Murray … you didn't hear the Cardinals players rallying behind their new savior did you? No, they were fine with him being given a pink slip.

So he's proven to be a team cancer in college, and didn't gain the respect of his teammates in Arizona, the ownership wanted to move on from him so drastically they hired a new coach specifically to replace Rosen.

What if he comes here, is a disaster, whines … aagain, and loses the locker room …. aaaaaaaaaagain, and the entire team realizes that the "team first" and "sacrifice" and "building a culture where football matters" and all those platitudes are simply lies …. and nobody buys into what Coach Flores & Co. are saying?

Yeah, that could be pretty bad. It would cost a hell of a lot more than a 2nd or 3rd round draft pick because it would ruin us for the next few years …. oh yeah, we've locked into 5 years with Flores …. so half a decade.

OR, we could avoid this landmine and stick with the tank & rebuild strategy.

He’s already unfriended the Cards on social media. What a baby. Hard pass.
 
One aspect that you guys are overlooking is that Rosen has proven he can take a team to the top of the draft order. We’ve have found OUR Curtis Painter. We have a future if we commit to Rosen. A future number one overall pick!

Exactly 2 years of Rosen and we are drafting Trevor Lawrence
