I love this site. I really do. and if any of the mods are reading this, thank you very much for it.

However, i've noticed that once the actual season starts, i find myself not wanting to be on it as much as i am during the offseason. I mean, there are so many people who believe the sky is falling when a qb misses a pass, a corner gets beat, or a lineman doesn't make a block.

Am i the only one that feels this way? That once the games actually start, i almost hate to say it, our fans are sometimes cowardice?

I understand the means for concern, but again, as it's been preached hundreds of times before me, its preseason.

Also, try to remember, Saban is a fantastic football coach. If we have a problem, it'll be fixed one way or another. Have faith in our players, have faith in our coach. If we can't beat a team one way, we'll beat them another way. We're the miami dolphins, come on guys.

Three letters my friend. V.I.P. You find nothing but objective and realistic dicussion about the game and a breakdown.

i pretty much agree in everything u said, since im a newbie here, but u also have 2 understand that every single football team in the NFL has fans that overreact 2 things like this, i guess its the passion for there football team.

Great post. I agree 100%. Some fans need to realize that every person who steps on an NFL football field, right from Pittsburgh to Houston using a 2005 comparison, is a professional and is capable of making plays. If plays are made against your team you don't stink. It's going to happen, most likely every week.

ya i really gotta get that...been to lazy

Yeah I know what you meen. Preseason means very little if nothing at all. But for me over the last two years, I have become a very cynical fan. I still bleed aqua and orange, but I am just a lot more skeptical about the team. Its hard to trust them after all of those letdowns in the Wanny era. Everyone is so high of the team this year and I just hope it doesn't jinx us. I would personally rather be under the radar. The Pats won the division last year. So until we dethrone them, I will try not to get too excited.

I think I'm going to buy that. Thanks

People are always going to talk trash and nitpick and find a reason to never be happy.

Its just the way life is I guess. Just take it with a grain of salt.

Funny that my wife mentioned to me tonight that Coach Saban never seems happy after a game.

I told her thats because he's a perfectionist coach so until we win the Superbowl dont expect much.

Not really, he'll problably find a few things he needs to mention to his players after the parties are over. :goof:

"By the way Jason, the angle you took on that tackle was a little off. Better work on that if we are to get back here next season."

*sometime in the very near future in the locker after a win*

"Daunte" -saban

"Yes coach" - Daunte

"You were 34-35 today with 6 td's." - Saban

"Yeah, i was pretty hot today" -Daunte

"...you missed one..." - saban
