Matt Moore is not going to win us games by throwing. If the Fins want to beat the Bills and Patriots, Ajayi must go back to his games vs the Bills and Steelers.

We don't need 200 a game like you said in the other thread. We just need 100 yards from him. Moore can do the rest, Kenny Stills should be big for us. Moore has a nice deep ball

Did it seem like Ajayi was out of favor in the 4th quarter to anyone else? I was at the mercy of Red Zone channel yesterday, but didn't see much of him towards the end of the game

I really want to see how this combo develops.

No Doubt. Oline needs to start blocking better and Jay needs carry the load and setup play action.

The entire team in general will need to step it up.

I noticed that too, especially on that final drive. I wonder if a couple of factors didn't come into play. One being they like Williams more when they want to throw to the back, and they'd had trouble running, so thought maybe they could get some chunk yardage out of him in the passing game if need be. The other, I wondered if he's a slightly better blocker than Ajayi and they were concerned with keeping the pocket as clean as possible after RT went down. Probably the biggest factor though was AZ was focusing on stopping Jay 100%.

running game needs to step up then, it has been fine recently but Jay is going to need to put the team on his back again (not saying 200 yards)

No doubt Arizona sold out against the run. That's why Tannehill had 3 TDs and would have had 4 maybe 5 if he stayed healthy. Moore threw a bad pass to Stills but Stills adjusted

There're no holes on the running game right now. He's breaking tackles just to gain 2 or 3 yards. Pouncey's already out for the jets game but we have 4 starters out there and they're just not getting the job done right now and it's going to get harder now with Tannehill out. We're going to see 8 and 9 guys in the box from now on to stop Ajayi. We need a reverse to Grant to back them off the LOS

Ozzy rules!!

I think Ajayi has been fine myself, dude runs HARD. Williams has been excellent as well, what a difference from last year

I've heard a lot of people say Moore's pass was bad/wobbly, etc., but watch the full replay. Moore was in the process of being absolutely drilled in the chest, and I mean HARD, when releasing that ball. Ill-advised? Possibly, but it worked. I think he actually throws a pretty nice ball in general. Also the angle of the throw favored the WR over the DB (toward the sideline and short).. not sure how much of it was luck because again, he was getting crushed on release by the pass rush, but I really don't think it was a bad pass (possibly ill-advised tho, given the situation)..
