DAN HENNING!!! Yep. Oh.... wait. He isnt with the team anymore. So why exactly have we managed a whopping 29 points in the last 2 games vs. average defenses? Why do we keep bogging down in the red zone and kicking FGs when we need TDs? Could it have to do with the fact our QB blows and our HC is a joke and not so much the play calling? You betcha.
All of you who gave Henning so much **** owe that guy an apology IMHO. Its the same ol **** with this team. All Henning ever tried to do was the best with the hand he was dealt. And what he was dealt were a bunch of complete bums, a QB who cant execute in the red zone, and a clueless HC.
Who noticed Sparano running around after the FG to put us up 6, screaming at the OL like they just did the job of the century, and making it seem like we just iced the game. Sparano cant do basic math.
How come we moved the ball most of the game, and yet the few passes Henne would miss, would be once we get in the redzone or crucial 3rd down throws?
Why did Sparano call timeout with 35 seconds left in the half when we were facing a 3rd and goal? Well we know the answer is he is a moron, but point is why? Why not either let it run down to about 11 seconds so we can execute a play, and if we need to stop the clock after that play we still had timeouts and could get the FG still? Or at least force Cleveland to burn one of their timeouts after that 2nd down instead of taking our own. After all, we did them a favor. If they had gotten a solid kick return, they couldve moved into FG range with their 2 timeouts and tied it at the half.

Looks like the Bills have no problem intercepting Brady. They can play with them at home. Looks like the Saints can roll up a 40 burger on Houston's defense.
We cant do these things because our offensive personel is a joke. It has nothing to do with play calling or who the OC is. Give Henning Drew Brees and Co. and I promise he shreads Houston. Just give him a legit QB. Draft Matt Ryan and its a whole new ballgame. Instead we have a joke of a QB, a clueless HC, and a FO that wouldnt know offensive talent if scores 40 on them everytime like the Pats do.
