I was talking with a couple of raider fans and they were discussing four players that they would put on mount rushmore . so i got to thinking who would we put on mount rushmore.?
I would put these four faces on mount rushmore .
#1 DAN MARINO
# 2 MARK CLAYON OR DUPER
# 3 CSONKA
#4 JASON TAYLOR

or i would go with these four guys.

#1 BOB GREISE
# 2 NICK B
# 3 PAUL WARFIELD
#4 MERCURY MORRIS


What about just the first 8? Anywasy there arent that any mountains here in SoFla, unless you count Tropical Park as one.

:cool: but if i wanted to stir up the hornets nest i would go with these guys.

Shula [Washington], Robbie [Jefferson], Csonka [Roosevelt], Marino [Lincoln]

Just curious, why Joe Robbie? He didn`t want to pay Csonka, Kiick and Warfield and he let them go to the WFL, without compensation...ending the dynasty.

He was the original founder and owner of the franchise. And he brought those three players to Miami, as well as Shula and brought the only championships we have had.

he was the founder of the franchise and built joe robbie stadium, basically with money out of his own pocket.

yeah and like someone else said, he brought shula here.
 
I think we might have to tap into the Rockies to get this one done....

I believe the WFL offered them OBSCENE money, which quickly went bankrupt and they never saw it...
