1. He is a weapon, he stretch the field.
No, he got single coverage most of the time, safety do not "roll over", Ginn stertch the field as much as Cam.

2. Safety has to roll over thus open up other wr and running game.
No, see #1, true is safety often cheat up the line to help run D whenever Ginn on the field.

3. He can still develop into a top nfl wr.
NO.What do you see that he will eventually become an above average nfl wr, examine yourself, are you only wishful thinking. Are you willing to give up a few more games that off chance he MIGHT develop into a good wr.

4. He's been struggling, he is in a slump.
NO, slump means he was good and now he is having a bad stretch. He was never any good, last year he was average when compare with other wr in the league.

5. You can not coach speed, he just need proper coaching and learn the technique.
NO. Speeds kill in nfl is a myth. i.e. Jerry Rice, Boldin, TO, Welker, even Moss do not have blazing speed, he out-fight the cb for the ball in tight coverage to earn his keep.

6. He lost his confident, therefore he drop the ball.
NO. confident has nothing to do with catching. When the ball is in the air, he was thinking " I might drop this", therefore he drop it.....so ridiculous. He drop because he has hands of stone and may be thinking about getting hit and lose his concentration, not confident.

7. He did drop a few, but he was giving his best.
No, how many times he ran to the side line instead of fighting for every yards.

8. He is a Dolphin, and we have to support him.
NO, as a fan, we should support the team first and formost. If a player keep hurting the team, decrease the chance of getting a win, we should point that out and hope he won't hurt the team anymore, i.e. have him stay on the sideline and get rid of him the earliest chance.

NOW, all you Ginn supporters, its your turn.

you lost me when you said Randy Moss wasn't a blazer. Are you kidding me? Did you ever watch Marshall/Vikings games?

Couple times he faked the socks off the cb to make himself wide open. And couple times, the cb expected safety out but help came too late and he was open deep.
When he had his big game against us, the deep route he ran, we often had cb with him within the vicinity to make the play, Moss timed better, adjusted better to beat our cb.

no way, he would completely burn cornerbacks on his deep routes back in his Vikings day. Even during his Pats days he's done it. Heck he even ran a 4.3 during workouts prior to the draft. It might look like the safety was late, but i'm betting 9/10 times it was because Moss burned by both the corner and safety. I don't understand how you can say Moss is not a burner. I had to go back and watch some highlights to make sure my mind wasn't playing tricks, and sure enough, there he was running away from the defense.

With the stunning ammount of factual evidence you have provided, I can actually counter the post with;

"I'm rubber, you're glue."

Or

"Nuh uh!"

Seriously....I don't know where you posted before.....This is Finheaven. You've got to come stronger than that.

We wear caps and sleeves at this level, son.

of cause, he is not slow by any mean. He is fast but not blazing fast in the last few years. What make him so dangerous is his route running and his ability to make tough catches in tight down field coverage.

What a weak reply..... no counter points, just bunch of hot air.
I started watching dolphins football when you were in your moms tummy.

When you can use English in the proper tense or form a complete sentence, give me a call.

You have no factual evidence to back anything you say. I could literally answer "Nuh uh" to each point and have as much validity as the point you posted.

What year did you "Started watch" Dolphins football?

So you agree he was blazing during his career? Yea, I guess he's not the 4.3 he used to be. However, you stated that speed kills is a myth, while Im trying to tell you that speed really does kill. Moss is an excellent reciever, not only because of his catching ability, and body control, but also because of his speed.

Steve Smith is incredibly fast and is a star widereciever, and his ability to seperate from defenders using his speed is one reason why he's so good.

Chad Johnson. Michael Vick shows speed really does kill. Santonio Holmes. Calvin Johnson. Deion Sanders. Charles Woodson. Andre Johnson. I can go on if you want. But the truth of the matter that speed does kill, and definitely helps.

I agree with you for the most part aside from your statement on Moss not being a blazer. Moss is still one of the fastest players in the NFL. Always has been. Speed is obviously not a killer in the NFL. Take a player like Larry Fitzgerald for example, he's not a blazer but a very productive WR. But on the other hand look at Chris Johnson, his speed wins games for the Titans. Ginn has the ability to make a few plays, but he's no more valuable than a player like Cribbs for the Browns, just well overpaid.

give me a good counter point first before saying anything or you do not have any creditability.
As for what year, I was in Opa Locka the first day of training camp, sitting on the bench under 90 degree sun, watching a rookie name Dan Marino threw his very first pass in his first day of training camp.
What about you SON!!!!
As for factual evidence, you should start watching the game.

NOW get out, my english teacher. Oh, no cap for e.

You've stated nothing factual. Anything I say is just supposition. You have no credibility to begin with.

Woooo.....Ohhh..ooooooooooh...You started watching the Dolhins when Dan Marino was a rookie......Oh gosh...Oh wow. That's really super impressive.

I've got you by a couple of years.....Son. :chuckle:

Once again, you did not read very carefully. And it was a trap.
I said I was at Opa Locka watching Dan, but that was not when I started watching. I was watching Dolphins way before that. Ha Ha...
So my son, you lost....hope you learned your lesson.
And you are still Mr. Hot Air in my book.

Really, ive seen many post much worse than this, actually I wouldn't call what goes on here as intelligent football analysis, there is some of that but most of it is just over-reactions, homerism and hot-headed rections based on one game/play.
He had some errors in his post, ie. Moss, but what he said about ginn was spot on and factual, ie. Ginn gets singe coverage, cant separate etc.
