Most coaches bring in their own guys unless they think the ones there are good enough and fit in. I'm sure Rick is already compiling his list. The way Wayne is ultra conservative, I'd believe that Wayne will keep Rick and let him pick and chose the next coach.

Rick has done a great job and I don't think we need a complete revamp of the FO, it's Dave and his buddies that need to go. Saban isn't going anywhere, I like the NE guys and a few others mentioned.
