Tony Dungy, Don Shula, Dan Marino, Jason Taylor, and Curtis Martin....

#1 has anything like this ever existed in football? I applaud Ross for his "proactive" approach but jesus whats this?
#2 what does this mean for our team? to me, it seems as though this front office is gone.. including Philbin. Ross repeatedly referred to necessary change, and now we know where he's seeking advice from
#3 is this a positive or negative?? As much as I love Don and Dan, Don is getting up there in age and Dan has Jon Martin'd us before... this is puzzling.

Ross has done some pretty stupid things but I actually think this is a very good thing for this team in terms of culture change and..PR of course.

Good move. He is bringing in respected football people to evaluate the team's culture and make recommendations. Several of those individuals are media guys who get on TV and talk to the public regularly and say nice things about the team now that they are involved with setting the tone for it moving forward.

That's the one thing I take out of all of this that can help to restore some credibility.

I hate Tony Dungy. He was such a hypocrite about his son.

ThAT's the stupidest thing I've heard all day.

If that is really legit, then this is the most embarrassing thing he has said to date which is REALLY saying something

I am absolutely sure every one of those people has been involved in
what's gone on in Bullygate, or worse, to one degree or another.

I find it extremely hard to believe that the 70s Dolphins were choirboys.

wtf are you even talking about

Dungy had a homosexual son who committed suicide. Dungy himself is know for doing fundraisers with fairly antihomosexual groups. Not football related, but it is a pretty dick move to do to your son, regardless of if it contributed to his suicide.
