Who do you want to be the next head coach of the Miami Dolphins?

... For me I would like to see Cam Cameron be our next head coach.

I wouldn't mind Vince Lombardi or a de-aged Don Shula, but hey...

In all likelihood I think we'll wind up with Carroll or Gailey. Probably Carroll.

i really do think Carroll has a chance...but he constantly says hes staying at USC....and that reminds me of Saban constantly saying that he was staying at LSU and then coming to Miami......and then constantly saying he was staying in Miami but then leaving for Alabama. So.....maybe Carroll is scary.

I like Ron Rivera...DC of the Chicago Bears, yea we whooped the Bears...but they still have one of the best defenses out there. if i had my choice right now...id probably say Ron Rivera.

I dont understand why everyone wants Carroll (im not just referring to this thread but the majority of them have been pro Carroll) after the long list of college coaches that have failed in the NFL as head coaches. And especially after what just happened. I sure as hell dont want Carroll here. Yeah, he runs a pro set offense in USC, but that doesnt automatically translate into wins in the NFL.

i was hoping we would go after toney wise the ex oline coach.:sidelol:

What has Whisenhunt done? The Steelers offense is nothing to fear. I say Cameron or Martz. Preferably Cameron. I like the way he uses LT in San Diego. He could use Ronnie in a similar manner. But definitely someone offense minded and keep Capers as DC. We need to score more points. I'm tired of losing 10-6.

serriously i hope that we hire whisenhunt or Rivera . but whoever we get i hope that they will draft a qb and a big time receiver.

hmm I am not sure why no one has mentioned Jay Fiedler as a candidate? I cant imagine how good he would make our defense because he knows a lot about interceptions.

Well, lets see. He took a rookie QB and coached him to something like a 15-1 record (Maybe 14-1). He then took that same QB and led him to a SB win the next year. This year was an anomoly. Wisenhunt is a well-respected, good coach who, if yo uhave watched the Steelers, is very creative with his play calling and knows that it starts with the run game.

15-1

Professor X, with Beast as OC and Cyclops as DC
First things first. Cyclops should be the head coach because hes level headed and responsible. He'd bring instent credibility to the team and hes very very loyal. Not to mention he has a knack for doing the right thing under pressure.

Wolverine has to be the Defensive coordinator. He'd give the D inspiration and his blitz packages would be insane. Him and Cyclops may differ on certain game plan issues but they always get over it.

The professor should not be the head coach however, he should be the Gm. With the use of cerebro he'd be the perfect talent evaluater.
