Dion Jordan reinstatement is conditional. Can rejoin team know. Must get go-ahead from NFL before regular season.

All reinstatements are conditional.
 
It seems like the leash is very tight, as it should be. He is really going to need to come in and impress from day one to stick IMO.

I agree the leash is tight but this should have been done BEFORE Josh Gordon was reinstated. Especially since Gordon was not supposed to apply for reinstatement until August 1st.
 
He then says:

Dion Jordan's reinstatement is conditional, I'm told. He'll be in counseling and will be reevaluated before the start of the season.

If Dion Jordan complies with his program & resources, he can play starting in week 1. He will be evaluated later for full reinstatement.
