Good to see a REAL coach get on his team about the recent sloppy play as posted on the main page. Looks like he's really gonna be on the player's arses if they don't get their stuff together. This is a major change in what we got from Dave "gutless" Wannstedt, where all he would say is "From a standpoint, there's room for improvement"BS. It's about time we get this from a coach! I think he's gonna do a lot of screamin' at our QBs this year. :shout: Hopefully they pull their head out of their arses! It won't be long until he gets this team out of the depth's of the NFL cellar. Here's to a NEW era of Miami Dolphins football! :beerbang:

Go nick, wanny would never do this. If you saw the pitt-nd game saturday you would see the difference. A ND player makes a stupid personnel foul penalty and you see Weis on the sideline chewing him out when he gets off the field. On the other end a pitt player commits the same kind of penalty and wanny does nothing but claps his hands as to say thats ok we'll get them next time. You can guess which team won. Goodbye wanny.

New era

Yep, I posted on this a bit earlier. Might get merged. But My two quotes right off the homepage were:

"That's all bull," he said. "It's an excuse, and I'm not giving the players an excuse. You either have discipline or you don't. If we're going to give them a reason to fail all the time ...

"Don't ask me about that stuff, because it's nothing but an excuse, and we've had enough of those around here."

We automatically got better when Saban trook over in December. We need this tougher attitude instead of "Well golly gee, at least the guys really tried hard." which we have seen far toom much. Not to say the guys didn't play hard last year, but some things need to be addressed which takes time. It's just nice to see it starting.
