Seriously people, please don't tell me that the coaching staff knows way more than me when it comes to player evaluation. I know they do. But, I really am HOPING they give this guy a chance in a real game to see what he has. He offers us a skill set different from every other WR on our roster with his height and bulk.

I'm not calling for anyone to be benched, I don't think losing opening week against a strong opponent in their house with a rocking crowd equates to a crap season, and I don't think Hartline sucks. I just think Turner needs a chance in a real game to show what he's got. Hartline may be gutsy, but Bess offers better hands and heart and Camarillo offers better routes and intelligence. We have our speedster in Ginn. Turner, by pure logic, completes our WR skill set.

I'm just sayin, let's give Patrick Turner a shot, please.

Well he is the "Bigger" WR. Problem with those Big WRs is they very rarely do anything their rookie year.

Seems it is harder for the Bigger guys to make the transition than the little Speedsters like D Jackson, Eddie Royal, And such

I agree. Pennington played like a little beatch today. An improvement in our skill players would not have won us this game (that is, unless Turner could have held on to those 2 fumbles by Fasano). And I was wearing a Pennington jersey for the 1st 3 quarters. Good thing it's a $40 eBay knockoff.

I say give anyone a chance that can get us 20+ yard receptions consistently like the rest of the teams in the league seem to do effortlessly

I think if they attempt to throw down field more we can open up the run. I say next week we air it out.
We are probly already underdogs by like 10 anyhow so why not show them we were just rusty this week.

Yeah, I was thinking about getting an orange JT eBay knockoff jersey this year. In fact, there is one on my watch list right now for like $35. JT is one of my favorite all time Phins, but he really pissed me off with last years bullcrap. He seems like he is back to his old self, though. Glad to have him back.

I'm glad hes back too. I got mine last year from the Dolphins Web site when he was traded. Paid 9.99 for it

Now they sell again for 59.99:hump:
