we have wasted 2nd rd pick (smith) two 3rd rounders (mckinney, whitley),
and 1st and a 4th rounder on the bench (carey) and they are suspect all
of them thats alot of picks. your telling me on this line carey cant play,
if move up and spend a 4th you must have a good feeling on him
i know it takes time to devlop but he must look horriblre if he cant start on this oline.
and another point we dont draft enough players who have the ball in their
hands during the game.in the last two drafts the only skill positon players we
drafted was tolver in the 5th(cut) you would think we were the vikings offense
this fo is horrible open your eyes wayne.

I agree that whoever has been scouting and evaluating talent on the o-line is atrocious. You have to go back 15 years before you can find quality o-line draft picks--Webb and Sims. Otherwise it has been horrible pick after horrible pick. Whereas the d-line is one gem after another. Half the d-lines in the NFL have at least one former Dolphin lineman, while I don't think there's more than one or Dolphin o-line draft picks anywhere (except in Miami).

Some of these fundamental problems with the front office have been around since Shula, but have been glossed over with the team performing fairly well over the years. I would like to a top-to-bottom review, which has been sorely needed. Hopefully we can address some of the fundamental problems and get back on track. It has been a slow, steady decline for the last ten years.
