I am so disappointed with this team, with supporting a piss poor product year after year. I wouldn't continually buying clothes, food, electronics, etc if the quality was as poor as Miami's has been for so long.
The only solution I see if a full revamp. I wish it wasn't this way, I wish we won and I could still hold out that Philbin may turn it around. Today, it became CLEAR he needs to go. Get rid of the entire coaching staff and Ireland. A complete restart and reboot needs to be done. If they don't remove everyone, then we will continue to be mediocre for years to come.
