The Pach's 2021 Wide Receivers (Seniors)

He’s improving as a receiver, but he’s obviously limited as a slot type. His quickness and change of direction is exceptional. Incredibly elusive in tight spaces at making defenders miss.

The play that stands out to me was one he made against Florida St. where he just stopped on a dime and the defender just flew right by him and whiffed. Like he had eyes in the back of his head.

Other issue is I think he’s more quick than fast. I mean he might be a 4.6 kid. I watched him break into the open against Ole Miss and Keidron Smith chased him down like he was standing still.
Toney has gotten better. He seems to be taking football a little more seriously this year. Maybe he has to put his rap career on the back burner. He is lightning quick, and incredibly hard to get on the ground. A "wobble" to his gait that makes him even more elusive IMO. I think you are correct he is more quick than fast, but he can be electric.

Was watching North Texas late into last night (betting purposes) and Jaelon Darden certainly popped. Kind of small, but definitely a gadget guy for OCs to get creative with. Could see him as a Grant replacement on kick returns as well. Worth a third day pick imo.

Last year I really wanted Tua, Next year I really want with our first pick Devonta Smith, He is listed at 176 pounds but he is bigger then that or at least plays that way...
He is a natural Receiver very smooth, solid fundamentals and of course he has real field speed.. Tua would do great things with him in the NFL.

Not going to lie its tough if we get pick 6 because i'd say Patrick Surtain 2nd is probably the BPA.. Love your scouting btw Pach

Surprised to see you so low on Rodgers.

He's proven he's a threat this year at Clemson. I love the kid a lot.

I like him a lot too - that’s why he’s my top Senior slot WR/return specialist and in the Top 10. I figured that was probably higher than most anybody else would have him.

Powell is the kid here that I believe might be sneaky good though.

Ty Fryfogle from IU was impressing me a bit yesterday vs Ohio state. Hadn’t really watched Indiana play as of late, what you guys think about him?

Is Smith breaking Coopers TD record a big deal?
Doesn't seem to be to much talk about it.

Sucks that Roberson keeps getting hurt. He's a nasty deep threat. I'd look him up on Day 3 - like his upside if he can stay healthy.
I like Roberson too. The kid, always seems to be open. Good player. Hopefully he'll recover and if like you said becomes a day 3 pick, I'd say that'll be a steal.

Whats your opinion on Wallace now? I know you were very high on him last year. Say we got Smith with the Texans pick. What about Wallace with one of our second rounders? Or do you think he goes first round?

I'm heartbroken for Wallace. He has the exact mentality I want in a WR, and his ball skills and RAC are phenomenal. I think this athleticism and route running were good enough to let his elite traits shine. Tbh, though, I don't know what to do with back-to-back season ending injuries. If he could test, that'd go a long way, but I'm not sure how realistic that is. I'd draft him somewhere, but it's probably outside the Top 75 as things stand.

Oh I didnt know he had another injury........Well that changes my thinking again.

Tylan banged his knee up a little bit catching a touchdown at the end of the game against TCU last week, but he almost played against Baylor this past Saturday. It was a game time decision not to play. He’s good to go as far as I know.
