I have to give the Patriots a lot of credit. They've had a bunch of injuries. They've also caught some lucky breaks (catching Denver with Danny Kannel as QB). Teams don't control things like that, but NE has done what they've needed to do to keep at the top of the AFC East given their circumstances, and that's all you can ask any team to do. 14-2 or 13-3 are pretty lofty goals for any team. I think they have a chance at 11-5. In the interest of full disclosure, I'm a Bills fan. BTW, Boomer, while this is indeed finheaven, a Dolphin fan forum, this is also the "Beast of the East" board and it would seem entirely appropriate to talk about the Patriots here, or the Bills, or the Jets.
