The People At The Top Of This Organization Can't Stay Out Of The

I mean come on. Doesn’t she realize that being a “born again” virgin doesn’t count in a law suit?

I'm not saying I don't believe her but perhaps in some instances she's reading way too much into it. Like being made to wear a bikini with Angel wings as a way to make fun of her. Anyways as the article states. So this has nothing to do with the people at the top of this organization

The NFL, who does not employ or operate the cheerleading squads, said in a statement that it supports fair employment practices./QUOTE]

Another lazy "individual" trying to cash in the easy way.... Nothing to see here. It's sad but you can't even take such claims at face value anymore because they're mostly outlandish accusations.

I saw this on the news last night and couldn't help but laugh. Ironically, my wife's response was "oh please" and she laughed at her too.

Must not of been to bad, if she stayed there for 3 years.

Seems that part of the complaint is that her employer/supervisor asked her to suppress her religious beliefs within the context of representing the team/organization. It's fully within bounds for an organization to instruct an employee to stop proselytizing at work (this in itself could be considered a hostile workplace brought about by Ms Ware) and completely understandable that the team have control over the content of a blog post. The alleged harassment is another matter altogether, and if true, is not acceptable.

Way to link one of the trashiest publications in America, btw.

Sara Blackwell, Ware’s attorney, told The New York Times that her client wasn’t focusing on any monetary damage, though “they are requested.”

The above quote is a complete contradiction. If you're not focused on any monetary damage, then don't request one.

She said she started to become emotionally distressed and started receiving headaches from the stress.

Yet, like another poster mentioned, she stayed there for three years.

Or how about instead of trying to infuse your religion into your workplace, you practice it in private like many other people do. What do her religious beliefs have to do with her being a cheerleader? You're allowed to believe whatever you want, but from the sounds of it and the implications made, she expected everyone to care about her religious beliefs or her standards for herself.

If I'm at work, I really couldn't care less about your religion or politics or whatever. But the second you start being preachy about it is a problem.

I'm sure she is proud that she's a virgin. Why does everyone else have to be?

Not sure what's worse, this nothing of a story article or this unbelievably misleading and obvious agenda driven thread title.....smh
