Is that if whomever is named Interim HC (Nolan, Daboll) has any moderate success, say winning 6-7 games, it could entice the front office to give them the full time job. Which does not need to happen. IMHO, it is going to take a coach with a pedigree of winning to get the play out of this team. I don't think these players are going to buy into a young or unproven coach. It is going to take a Cowher/Gruden/Dungy to get this team to achieve with the players we now have. Otherwise, we are likely going to have to purge the roster along with the HC spot and start all over.
