I know the season is just starting, but right now this is the way I see the teams around the league. Our Dolphins don't rank on the top 20, we have defensive and offensive problems, our DL is NOT dominating and our OL is really bad, and having a strong team starts on the FRONT!

Elite teams that should be favorites to go to the superbowl:

1) Cincinnati
2) Atlanta
3) Indianapolis
4) San Diego
5) Chicago
6) Jacksonville
7) Seattle

Teams that are solid and may have a chance:

8) New England
9) Dallas
10) New York Giants
11) Baltimore
12) Pittsburgh
13) Denver
14) Philadelphia

Teams that could get into the playoffs

15) Minnesota
16) Buffalo
17) New Orleans

Teams that have a small possibility

18) Arizona
19) Carolina
20) New York Jets
21) St. Louis
22) Miami

Teams that are weak

23) Tampa Bay
24) Kansas City
25) Washington
26) San Francisco
27) Cleveland

Teams that are bad

28) Detroit
29) Green Bay
30) Tennessee
31) Houston
32) Oakland

We play against 4 of the worst teams, so considering 8 wins are not out of range but I just don't see us making the playoffs unless we make a drastic improvement and that means winning at New England and at New York. Because if not, there is no possible way we can win if we face one of the elite teams.

Put us in the teams that are weak category, that's where we belong.

I'm not disagreeing with you, but I know we shouldn't be higher than 22 at this point. Anyone suggesting such a thing, well....

I dont agree with your rankings. I mean you have arizona as having a possibility... have you seen arizona's team this year? If anything I put them over N.O.

The reason I put them below is because they need to improve their defense and there is no way a team with bad defense will go to the playoffs specially after seeing amazing defenses this year like the Ravens, Bears, Chargers, Colts, Jaguars and Falcons.

thats true.

small possibility? give me a break its only been 2 GAMES! well be 2 and 2 in two weeks, and buffalo and new york probably will be as well. two bad teams to get us on a roll, get us some confidence, get daunte comfortable in this system. remember - this isnt linehans system. this is new to daunte, with new recievers and a leg injury that he isnt comfortable playing on yet. kendyl jacox is a good olineman, sometimes one guy can come in and get the whole line confident. we are not a bad team. all the pieces are there. we just need to click. like we clicked last year and won 6 straight.

i know this is off topic but i've been noticing the animated flags and i'm just wondering where everyone gets them cause i'd really love to get a few myself.

I'd honestly move San Francisco ahead St.Louis. The Niners have really impressed me.

I'll disagree with a few here. I think you'res are more on the money based on the games played whereas mine will be based on potential and games played

LEGIT SUPER BOWL CONTENDERS

Seahawks
Bears
Bengals
Colts
Jaguars
Ravens
Broncos

2nd level super bowl contenders

Patriots
Steelers
Chargers
Giants
Eagles
Vikings
Panthers

Playoff Possibility Only Teams
Falcons
Cowboys
Dolphins (If we lose to Tennessee forget the playoffs)
Buccaneers
Redskins
Chiefs

.500 Teams (Teams that I see improving as the season wears on)
Cardinals
49ers
Jets
Rams
Lions

Below 500 teams
Bills
Saints
Titans
Texans

Worst of the Worst
Browns
Raiders
Packers

even though the Bills beat us, I have a hard time imagining them having a chance to be a playoff team until they develop a steady passing game

2003 Duante Culpepper lead teams lost to 4 teams that each won 4 games for the season.

San Diego L 28-42
Oakland L 18-28
Chicago L 10-13
Arizona L 17-18
