Ya know i dont blame ANY of the players for this debacle...it comes down to one simple thing...
We have no Leadership....
What I mean by that is the fact that no one in the organization seems to want to make a decision, no one has the balls to say this is the way it needs to be and stick with it...No One to say Damn it this is how it is....it goes all the way back to the process of picking a GM, to which QB to trade for, to which O-lineman to sign, the debacle of the McIntosh singing/failing pyshical/the signing, to who is the starting RB, to who is ANY of the starting o-lineman, to who is starting QB, to sticking with ONE QB, to whose the O-Cordinator, to whose Director of Football Operations......
It doesnt matter what type of business it is.....you have to have someone who takes control and leads the way....for someone to say that this is the plan and this is how we are gonna get there and whose gonna do it....
It doesnt surprise me that Feeley threw that INT for a TD, since Chambers and Feeley hardly played together in pre-season, because he kept playin with the 2nd teamers because we couldnt decided on whose doin what, they havent had a chance to get to know each others tendancies.
Its no wonder why our O-line is suckin....I dont think its entirely because of a lack of talent....its because even going into the LAST preseason game we couldnt name our starting unit....how the hell are they supposed to jell as a unit.....
The fish stinks at the head, from Wayne to Wanny to Rick.......and the worst part....we havent seen the worst of this yet....its gonna get worse as the season goes on and the losses continue......
I hate to say it but ladies.....its time to clean house after this "season" is over.......we need to start from stratch in every aspect from our D to our O to our Special Teams.....the coaches, GM.....the whole stinkin ball of stinky wax has got to be redone..........the stench of all this is gonna linger if we dont, the attitude has to change....replacing pieces and parts isnt gonna get it done......it ALL has to go, all of it.
