This sunday the Dolphins will be playing against the Baltimore Ravens. In many cases this will be a rematch from 2001 when aging Terry Allen ran all over our defense with one score in addition to a subpar peformance from Elvis Grbac. After another dissapointing playoff exit, the dolphins never saw the playoffs up until the 2008 season where they made history.

The hardest part to accept is that even if we manage to squeak by the Ravens, our road to the Superbowl will be a tough one if we do make it. We have to overcome a win against the top two defenses in the league. The Ravens are 2nd in the league in total defense, and the monstrous Steel Curtain is ranked first in the league. In spite of the Dolphins recent achievements one can expect to be hungry for more, but to some this season has already been a satisfaction in our hearts and a loss in the playoffs will never change the way we all feel as a fanbase.

Post your Opinion Please:

1. Do you think the Dolphins can overcome the next playoff games?

2. If you wanted to change something about our currrent squad coming into this game then what changes do you personally think the coaching staff can execute in order for the Dolphins to win?

Win or lose this season is one of the best I've ever experienced. No team is invincible, so why not us?

No Expectations . . . I like it that way. We will be the underdog . . . even if we beat Bmore and Pittsburgh and play San Diego or Indy at home in the AFC championship game.

This season would have been a huge success at 7-9 . . . 8-8 would have been amazing . . . 9-7, 10-6 . . . unbelievable . . . but 11-5 and AFC EAst Champs . . . I'm speechless . . . what a turnaround . . . I just encourage fin fans to enjoy the ride.

I mean me personally, I think everytime we step on the field we are going to win . . . that is how it always has been for me.

But if I had to guess, I think we beat Bmore on Sunday in a good game and lose a hard fought game @ Pittsburgh. If we beat Pittsburgh . . . in Pittsburgh . . . we are winning the whole damn thing.

Funny thing Kdawg, after me and my buddies celebrated this historic win, my friend told me that all he wanted for us is to kick the Patriots out of the playoffs. To me the season is over right now and I am looking up to the draft. That is how satisfying things feel for me as a fan and that will never change no matter what some others think.

This ain't 2001! Go Phins!

I remember that game to this day like a golden gem. A horrible aging qb and an aging Terry Allen ran over our young defense. That promising fumble recovery by Hendricks was nothing more than a play that made me think the fins were going to win.
