this is what we needed to do after the season we wen't 1-15 but instead went with the route of putting a tam together that couldn't realistically last more than 2 season.
this is where we set a new foundation. Its like we get to lay out an entire new blueprint and take the necessary steps to getting the team back to how we used to be.
I love this team to death and hated the thought of rooting against the team in order for draft position. However, this team is in dire need of complete 180 deg change.
The conundrum now is that by keeping sporano, and the rest of the front office ( not quite sure where Ireland stands here) is going to try and save there jobs by squeezing out as many wins as they can. which in the long run just hurts us. at this point the majority of the fanbase who aren't coming to the game to see justin beiber's halftime concert would understand if we didn't add any more "talent", even though this staff wouldn't know what to do with it.
We need to take advantage of this blessing in disguise and rise from the ashes.
