we are not at a point where we should be panicking, we are rebuilding remember, we are seeing what weaknesses we have, how we are being exploited, and what can we build on for next year

1) are most dire need is at the cornerback position, with will poole coming back that is good, but we may want to consider a big name corner to replace madison

2) we have a great running back in ronnie brown

3) we need to monitor the situation at wide reciever and possibly add a better slot reciever to the mix

4) we need to stop throwing the ball as much and try to establish the running game, even if the results are not good now

1) Agree 100%
2) Agreed
3) Hmm, I dunno
4) Agreed

I agree also but I really think we need to get a young QB that can make the throws downfield and doesn't miss wide-open guys. At CB we are thin, and I also think we need to look at the run blocking. I remember Couch Houch saying that the line will gell more next year then this year. I really don't have high expectations this year. Next year I will.

1~Agree
2~Totally agree
3~We need a #1 reciever not so much a slot imo
4~Whatevers working at the time do

1. In terms of a single position, I think QB is most important, with O-line second and CB third.
2. Absolutely
3. I think Wes Welker is a good slot reciever, and Booker is a good #2 guy. Chambers I'm starting to lose faith in.
4. Agreed, especially now that we have 2 great backs.

Good post.

I agree with #1, but I think oline should be high on the priority list as well. I think you can get away with adding some good pieces to the puzzle and mixing it with what we already have. Unfortunately, what we have now is alot of crap.

Agree 110% with #2, and to be honest, I'd rather see Ricky as Ronnie's sidekick rather than Ronnie playing second fiddle to Ricky. I guess they're play and time will tell how that plays out. But I like Ronnie ALOT.

I think on #3 we have enough good weapons to work with. it's a matter of catching the ball, making the throws and hitting the spots when they're there, which we haven't done at times this year.

#4 I DEFINATELY want to see Ronnie touch the ball more. Not just on running plays, but passing. The guy arguably has the best hands on the team and would be lethal catching the ball out of the backfield with a head of steam. I think he should be getting 20-25 carries a game at least (although with Ricky back, I imagine that'll drop)
