...is the speed of the group. Looking at the posture of the owner, the head coach both seem to lack any fire and intensity. Philbin, after his team creates great field position late in the game and coming away with 2 field goals....clap, clap, clap...no emotion, no fire ...should be pissed !!!!
It trickles down to the team. Brady, Brees manning among others after a drive...on the bench reading pics of coverages...Tannehill on the bench sipping gatorade laughing with a teammate
Dan marino would have chewed some ass on the play where the TE missed a catch over the middle...Tanne laughing in the direction of the TE...
This team has NO fire or intensity. I see no leaders and it starts with the owner. Hiring the right attitude sets the expectation. Managers generally hire peopkle with a similar personality trait. We have a milktoast personna and a milktoast, weak, soft team period.

Much truth to what you say. They had the opportunity to put the game away and squandered it. Part of the blame goes to Tannehill. On 2nd and goal he rolls right and had a lane to run, but he tried to force a pass to his receiver, who was covered. He could have scrambled and gotten inside the 4yd line. On the next play they lose a yd. Poor coaching and execution all around. No killer instinct.
While Tannehill isn't solely responsible for these losses, he isn't elevating those around him and making clutch plays. If the team had a true franchise QB, the record would more likely be 6-3 or 7-2.

Tannehill doesn't seem to play with any inner fire that's for sure. He also doesn't look that bright to me by his actions on the field and the sideline, especially after a poor play. Far too much grinning and grab-ass.

Plus he can't throw an accurate long ball for ****.

I think that Philbins little golf clap getting the guys off the field has become equivalent to Sparano's fist pump...

Not with that oline tanny has made plenty of plays he got us in position against ravens and bills for wins then he gets sacked and was also driving at the end of TB till 2 straight sacks....Tanny is far from the problem he gets pressure on him almost immediately no qb would succeed with that...Tanny is actually playing really well considering then top all that off with a team that can only run for 2 yards, tanny will be a stud he just needs an AVERAGE oline not an atrocious one period end of story.

I disagree a bit....I liked that he kept looking to make a play instead of tucking and running....I don't think he makes it to the four and the kid tried to make a play. At least he got out of trouble and didn't take a sack. And I disagree he doesn't make anyone better...He helped in Hartline become 1,000 yard receiver last yr. and he has a chance to have 2 1,000 yard recievers this yr.. He has made clutch plays and has led the team on game winning drives....shoot, he almost won Monday pretty much by himself....he was involved in ALL yards gained for the love of Pete. I wonder if that has EVER happened during an NFL game? ALL yards gained! Granted, I would like to see more fire when it comes to being the leader. But to say that a true franchise qb would have this team @ 6-3 or 7-2 is a stretch I'd say. Pounceys personal foul and Wheelers (I think it was him) personal foul is not on him. RT is way way way down on the list of things this team needs to fix. The Fins problem is there doesn't seem to be a leader ANYWHERE on the team...where is the defensive leader who should be going ape**** when the Bucs just drive the ball right down our throats? Soooo many things are wrong with this team that it's really unfair to lay the blame on a 2nd year qb. JMHO

Offensive line! Everything starts with them. Given time, Tannehill makes more plays and receivers have more time for routes to develope and get seperation. LM has holes to run.
