He decided to keep Philbin (not only kept him but gave him a contract extension because god forbid if we have a lame duck coach), who kept Coyle, who kept his same defensive schemes. If 48 games is not a large enough size to tell that this man is incompetent, that says all you need to know about Ross' football acumen (which I thought was zero to begin with, now it is in the negatives). To keep employing the same morons and giving them contract extensions (Sparano, Ireland, Philbin etc.). and to expect different results is just flat out ignorant despite how much money you spend in FA. So, forget teeing off on Philbin and Coyle. Blame the man that continues to employ and support these buffoons.
