Green Bay has had to face 6-0 Chicago, 5-1 New Orleans, 1-5 Detroit, 4-2 Philadelphia, and 4-2 St Louis. Combined that makes their opponents 20-10. If you throw out the Detroit game they won it's 19-5.

We've faced two of the weakest teams in the NFL: 1-4 Houston and 1-5 Tennessee, a losing 2-4 Buffalo team, the Jets are only a mediocre 3-3, the 2-3 Pittsburgh Steelers haven't done well this year, and the only good team we faced is a 4-1 New England team. There have only been 3 teams with weaker schedules than us so far (St Louis, San Francisco, and San Diego)..

Green Bay's only easier opponent was Detroit and when that game came up they won. Detroit's had the 5th toughest schedule in the NFL but they went on to beat Buffalo, who beat us.

So while Green Bay is somewhere worse than St Louis but better than Detroit. We're somewhere better than Tennesse but worse than Houston. This game might be tougher than we thought. Although Joey played them twice a year up in Detroit for the last four years which brings some familiarity.

Yep, I agree this game will be tough, all of them are, especially when the team is struggling like the Dolphins are.

My biggest worry is that our offense will break out of it's funk and score 20 something points, but that Favre will also break out of his funk and score MORE than 20 something points.

"Tougher than we thought"?

Number one, who thought it was going to be easy?

Number two, aren't you a Vikings fan?

Nice post, Green Bay will probably expose our secondary they have 7 guys blocking full time so if we do our usual judicious amount of ineffective blitzing Favre will probably pick these guys apart. Hopefully we setup a game plan with less blitzing and more coverage that should allow us to get some turnovers and finally put some points on the board! Should be a high scoring game for one of us

Nmber one: read this thread with people predicting the score of the upcoming game:

A lot of people seem to have passed it off as an easy game.

Number two: no, how about you? What happened to your signature of "Comment on the post, not the poster."?

Yeah I hear ya on that. Our defense has been playing pretty good though, better than last year anyway.

Calm down, it was just a question....I just thought it was odd to see you saying "we" this and "we" that....for some reason I always thought you were a Vikings fan .......Just curious was all.

BTW, I'd say those people, passing it off as an easy game, haven't been paying attention.:)

Green Bay played St Louis, New Orleans, and Chicago at Lambeau Field. 0-3 at the legendary stadium says a lot about their team.

They stink

Great..

Another thread that stated, We are going to loss. We are excellents fan with an excellent team, that's why Zack and Taylor are so happy with this hole pyle of s##**. Who care what the packet have play with, to all i care, the could be playung with there grandmothers. The actitud is that we need to crush this a**### with or without fraver or whatever his name is. GO DOLPHINS!! :dolphins:

Ps My respects for Farvre and his Hall of fame carrier, but he still play and this weekend is agains the Dolphins, so F**#@ him

I like Joey but his record is not too good against Green Bay. Of course that is when he played with the Lions. On the other hand Green Bay has neve beat us at home.

we said the same stuff about the jets last week and its 6-3 until some PI calls and receivers running all alone in our secondary.

We couldve won ANY of those games versus good or bad teams but we won just one.

Even with our offense struggling if we cut down the TO's, stupid penalites and WIDE open receivers we are 3-3 at worst.

But what if's mean nothing.

Not to rain on your parade, but GB has played like one of the worse teams in the league regardless of their schedule. Sure, we've played bad as well, but it wouldn't have mattered who their opponents have been, they would still have those losses unless they could play against Det, or Oak everyweek...

I think this has all the makings of a shootout, 37-35 type game, or it will be pretty one-sided in Miami's favor. Our defense is solid, but the secondary isn't. Favre isn't making as many bonehead throws as he did last year, but I think there will be enough pressure on him through his very young OL that will rattle him and force him to throw a couple of picks. As long as the offense plays well, they'll win the game. The Packers are pretty abysmal on D.
