Damn, I hope that no one is really that negative. Our first team offense and defense looked good. If not for the fumbled punt and the kickoff return, we would have been golden. I think our team made a good game of it.

Actually the team played well, I'm not disappointed at all, but ST will now stop living off the legs of the kickers and start concentrating on covering again.

i personaly was pleased with the game, our first team deffense played well not allowing a first down until late in the 2nd quater, and our offense played well to. both daunte and joey played well tonight and if it wasnt for mistakes on special teams we should have walked away with it but whatever its preseason i dont watch for the win i watch to see how we are playing, anyways though i will say that i am dissapointed in jason allen he hasnt done anything yet and hasnt been seeing much playing time....i dont expect him to make an impact this season

I am not trying to say Jason Allen has been awesome so far. What I am saying, and a lot of other people on this site who know football are saying, is give the man time before you start trashing him. He didn't play bad tonight and still people are bashing him. It's getting real old real fast.

did it sound like I bashed him? Just stating that he has done absolutely nothing to be proud of. Of course he needs time, and of course I hope he proves to be the next MAN! I just think that the guy does not deserve to hold out! Why! because he needs time. Just ask a lot of people on this site who know football. He needs time...not money!

well the important thing is even if jason allen is a bust he gets a good amount of guaranteed money lol.
