ok my boy welker is the man we all know that but he is on pace to break the nfl all time record for total yards in a season, rush,rec,kr,pu, he has 1,192 after 7 games. the record is 2690 by derrick mason in 2000 with the titans. he is on pace for 2,724. each week we can update this! i hope he can get it..... go wes!
he needs to average around 167 total yards each of the next 9 games to get it.
 
Im just glad we picked him up before the Pats did since they have a knack for finding gems.

Thats sweet! 167 average is actually very doable. It would be sick if he broke it. What made you think of this stat?

i was just looking at his stats last week after the k.c game and he had over 1,000 yds and i was like damn thats alot, i looked at everyone else in the nfl and he blew them away, so i looked at the all time record, what is sad is that he will probably break this record and no one will even talk about it, its not easy to run kick offs and punts back week in and week out its a good record to have imo
 
That 2 Pistolz, is why we like him so much.
 
It's a little bitter sweet when you consider that the bulk of his yards are coming after the other team has scored on us...
 
I was thinking the same thing.... Let's hope the bulk of them come in Punt returns and receptions! Go Wes!, young man.

I wouldn't say the bulk. Rec yds. and PR yards are good things. It's just kickoff yards.
I wonder what his totals are for each..........
 
i'm just glad they got him into the offence this year.
i mean more so in the passing game and that he is a great 3rd wideout. very nice to see now if we had a better qb imagin the possiblities.:D
