This coach hasn't lost since Nov. 20 at Cleveland. I'm willing to say Miami won again Saturday, and not just because Saban likes Allen today. There's something about this player that has had Saban tracking him since 2002.
"I remember how professional he was," Allen said of Saban's LSU sales pitch way back then, delivered in the living room, delivered with full knowledge that the family favored the closer campus of Tennessee.
"He came in and told me, 'Jason, I want you to be my safety.' He was the only coach who recruited me to be a defensive back and not just as an athlete."

Sabans been tracking this kid since 2002. And if he came right in and asked him to be a safety, then my bet is he fits all the qualifications that Saban looks for as just that.
Not to mention, we picked up a cornerback Allen already. From the Giants.
