After years of mediocre teams and minimal hope for the future, I feel that things are finally starting to turn around. It was nice juxtaposition to see the two Chad's play so respectably and to watch Cleo Lemon, who you may;) remember STARTED for us last year, look like he did when he was in Miami. While we are far from where we want to be yet, this team is undoubtedly moving in the right direction.

yep, another two years of solid drafts and free agent pickups will make our fins a scary team... amazing what a real front office can do for a team

I cant help but smile after watching a game with 0 turnovers, recievers getting some seperation. etc
I agree. I can't remember the last time the Dolphins looked so decent. I know it is only preseason, but the Jags starters are generally speaking very good. Let's hope that we'll see more of the same next week! We now know that they can play well, so let's see how consistently they can do it.

the mental midgets from wanny to cam set this team back to the time of the dinosaurs, and in one offseason tuna has us competitive

Draft! Draft Draft!!!

For the simple fact that we are starting to DRAFT players that will contribute and produce on this team. Ask the COLTS,STEELERS,PATRIOTS and GIANTS etc. they all have had success for their drafts and a major influx of playmakers and talent. It all begins with the draft. The Dolphins have hit the den of inequity for the simple reason of inept drafting for the last 10 years.

O-line played great, ricky williams was a BEAST!, Ginn, hagan, and camarillo looked again(where was bess?), roth had a sack and our run D was good, and our pass D got a pick off of cleo lemon who some how is making 8 mill this year.

Yeah! There's definitely hope. I didn't get a chance to see the game and after seeing some highlights, it's great that we had them shutout into the 4th. quarter. We scored 19 on a great D.

I'm psyched to see the improvements with our secondary. They haven't given up the big, deep pass. They got a pick. Bowles appears to be doing good things with these guys, which I predicted or hoped he would do.

Our 1st. team D is much improved. Very strong and stout, like I thought they would be. They shutout a pretty good offense which has a very good run game.

There's lots of hope to go around!!!

I tell you what got me all pumped was having 2 prolonged drives over 6 minutes and one of them was well over 7 minutes. When was the last time we had two drives, preseason or not, that took up nearly a quarter? Yeah, I think Ricky was the rushing champion that year.

I was watching here in Blackshear and getting the Jag's TV feed and Boselli was RAVING about Henne, he was so impressed with the O-Line and the way Ricky was running. After talking about what the Jags weren't and were doing, they finally said, this Dolphins team is obviously already much improved. With Jake's whiff on the would be block of Spicer he said, "that's just a pro bowl caliber Vet making a Move on a Rookie, Jake will learn to block that eventually".

EXACTLY. I want this team built through the NFL Draft. Because, that's how great teams are built.
