Coaching just sucks. The FO has done a decent job. Let Hickey and Tannenbaum pick an HC. Bet we'll turn around quick.
 
Hickey and Tannebaum can take a hike too. Lets not get in another case of the coach has to be contingent on the Gm or any of that crap.
 
Of course there is, it's the NFL. The talent is just very poor.
 
Walrus is right. You can't absolve the players of blame.

But that said, What is with the insane 15 yard cushion we give receivers on 3rd and 12? Why are we just giving the opposing team free yards (if they want them) every time we line up on defense?

I don't think it matters who we line up at CB out there, we are just giving this stuff away.
 
Not enough of it. We had more talent the last two years, years where we had a wild card spot practically in hand and let it get away, just like we let numerous gqmes that should have easily been won get away. It's the coaching staff, and to a lesser extent the QB who can't elevate his game to seal wins and plays his worst when he can get a win to get over the hump.

That was Brice McCain not wanting to beat deep. He was pulled, and Taylor was inserted shortly after.

The FO should have done a lot more to address the O line issue.Most of us here thought it could be a problem, and it's worse than I thought.

No way Tannenbaum is walking. He's in with his crony Stephen Ross. I seriously believe this team would hire Eric Mangini if it could.

What in the world are you smoking? Are you talking about the FO that failed to address the offensive line, the linebacker position, signed Brice McCain and Greg Jennings ,and traded for Kenny Stills? Not to mention, drafted a second round pick who was a healthy scratch today? Do I need to go on? The only thing they should pick is their pink slips.
 
You'll be limiting your coaching choices severely if you tell them they have to stick with Tannenbaum and Hickey.
