I know why he had guns, because he is rich and needs to protect himself and his home if need be...nothing wrong with that. It's different in other situations though, like when you have 2 loaded guns in your car while wearing a bullet proof vest and zig zagging down the highway.

Sorry, but I am not a true beleiver of someone that carries a weapon for protection. Sooner or later, the entire country will turn into Texas and we will all be going to Publix with guns in our possesion just to FEEL safe. This is really sad news to be honest.

Marcus Stroud should do the right thing, and move out of that neighborhood, if possible. To go through this must be terrible.

well I do believe people should be able to protect their homes and keep guns there as long as they are put away. I do not think people should be allowed to carry them everywhere, in fact that's a horrible idea (and I didn't even know Texas was like that)
