KABOOM!!!! That's what is gonna happen. I think we should keep last years draft class and pretty much start with them as our core. On defense I'd probably only keep jones, jenkins, grimes, Vernon and maybe misi out of the starters. On offense, out of the starters, I'd keep james, landry, miller, clay, tannehill and pouncey, in that order. Everyone else can beat it.

Essentially you are correct. I agree with you comment about using 2013 as the core.
It will take 3 years to accomplish. Not sure it can happen in one season.
Getting rid of Philbin is imperative. Frankly, he adds nothing. Getting a real coach is key.
