ESPN.com's Chris Mortensen reports the Cleveland Browns have offered free-agent QB Jeff Garcia (49ers) a two-year deal worth about $8 million. The deal includes a signing bonus in the range of $4 million to $5 million plus team incentives. Should Garcia sign, Browns QB Tim Couch is likely to be cut.

Also Jets cut Curtis Conway.


So Couch as a FA or 2nd rounder for Feeley???


Does the Jets cutting Conway mean the Fins made a good choice last year not signing him, or does it mean that the Jets know when to cut there losses(see Thomson)
