Im big on getting CB Nate Clemants and Asante Samuels or atleast one.
O-line get Grandy from the Bills.
Draft a WR like Ginn or Jarret.
Take the best Qb in the 2nd round in the Draft.
Take the best LB in the 3rd round in the Draft.
I hope Culpepper can be 90% ready.
I hope Ricky can stay clean.
Most of all a Great Coach to make all this happen. We do this. We will be in the Play-Offs. From there it,s a all new game...

I like Samuel. We need to draft a QB in the first round and try to find a real number one receiver somehow.

trade Lemon for a 5 or 6, we have to keep Joey around another year in case C-pep is not ready. draft Russell in the 1st, let him be our 3rd QB while learning the ropes. Joey leaves next year, Russell moves to 2nd on depth chart ready to take over for C-pep, get Reggie Wayne in FA, move Chambers to the slot. redo the contracts of several overpaid players to allow the signing of a FA o-lineman and possibly a corner. use the rest of the draft to get young on D and one more o-line.

DC is finished, Harrington showed us clearly he isn't the guy at one or two.
Lemon looks like a real number 2. Defintely a keeper at the right price. But we shouldn't throw any money at him. If we could get anything for DC an JH we should take it. Our offense needs a complete overhaul. Out with the old in with the new. We should trade McMichael as well and Marty Booker isn't worth what were going to have to pay to keep him. His production can easily be replaced at a much cheaper cost. We should trade Ronnie Brown as well.
Ricky and Sammie and a rookie draft pick. Gotta resign Sammie though.

i say we keep lemon get rid of joey and get a Nate Clements from suckalo

YYYYYY??????

It's a nice thought, but if Quinn and Russell are gone, there may not be anyone else worth a #1.

Smith Brohm and Brennen are all viable names here as well. Def. should seriously look at getting one of the 5.

As for Clements, im not sold as a shut down guy, he seems to give up some big plays and will command a very hefty price. We can get 2-3 guys (like Briggs and Samuel) for the price of Clements.

:sidelol: Yeah, why dont we just trade our entire offense. especially get rid of the most productive guy we have at 4.3 ypc...But the trade ronnie and keep sammie was the clincher...

You must be doing your homework if you want to turn us into the rebuilding since 1957 detriot lions

yea ok....lets just trade our best offensive player for no reason at all. Why would you want to trade our only playmaker?

It's all about who gets the money. There is only so much to go around. Is Ronnie Brown worth the money. Is he really???????? when we have Ricky returning for league minimum and one of the best all purpose backups in the NFL with Sammie. Wake up! It's all about performance to buck ratio. It just isn't there with Ronnie.

As far as stats go, I just checked the website and what I thought is true. Sammies stats per carry are better than Ronnie's and he had a longer run than Ronnie on very limited carries. 92

So you think that sammie could last an entire 16 game season while playing special teams as well. Ronnie has far more carries than sammie did and that tells me that he would be better because his window for failure was much larger than sammies. Could you see sammie pounding it up the midde 20 times a game, no way...Now dont get me wrong because I like sammie, but the reason he has a good ypc is because when he comes in and plays in relief he is fresh. If sammie had to pound the rock 300 times a season his ypc would most likely be around 3.5...your football knowledge is non-indicative of your age

Your leaving Ricky Williams and a first day draft pick out. The bottom line is we don't need to pay Ronnie millions. And he isn't as young as you think he is.
He tried baseball before college. IMO we throw the money at top defensive free agents and yes, if we could trade the whole offense it might not be a bad idea because it is that bad. Nobody and I mean nobody on our offense stood out among the rest of the NFL or AFC or even the AFC east.
