with all the showboating that sometimes occurs has there ever ben a dolphin player who has been ejected from a game for unsportsman like conduct or has there ever been a player lock horns with a ref and then get into it with a coach on the sidelines? just currious because a friend and I were talking about some of the shanaigans that we saw in a pakers / vikings game.

what did brian do to get ejected ? i am not or have always been able to hear or see half the dolphins games becuase i am in dallas country.

I used to love Brian. The best is when the other team would score he would be so pissed off during the extra point he would just stand there with his hands on his hips. The guy was intense.

I think he gave the finger to the other teams fans right? something like that

I think i remember him getting ejected for fighting with an OL and giving the ole' middle finger salute to the opposing fans as he left the field.

He would be a perfect leader for our defense today

Bryan Cox wasn't ejected for the middle fingers. What happened was he walked out onto the field in Buffalo and while coming out of the tunnel, he gave all the fans a double middle finger salute. The league fined him $10,000. He did get into fights with opposing teams though. I can't remember if he was ever ejected or not.

Didnt brian also do some spit thing. Im kind of too you to remember but i remember something about spitting and brian cox. Maybe i just made that up...lol

I remember one occasion, besides the "finger(s)". I believe it was against Cincy. Our kicker or punter got pushed into their sideline, and Cox went over and rescued him. Nearly starting a brawl with the whole Cincy sideline. One of my favorite Dolphins of all times. He gave the Fins an attitude!
Dont know if he was kicked out though.

That episode in Cincy, Cox went over and got the kicker and then challenged the whole sideline. No one would step up to him and from that point on we dominated the game. It was definitely a momentum changer.

I loved that image of Joe Green holding him by the waist-band too.
