We improved everything on our first team other then QB play. Everyone after them played poorly, but that doesn't worry me. Anyone else agree that our first team played much better this week? I don't think we will have a losing season.

offensive line was the key to the improved outing. and hopefully the key to an improved season.

QB is the heart of the O. Without that, will just be another run oriented team that gets nowhere.

I thought tonight was marginally better. The starting D looked less vulnerable and I liked the corners not playing so far off the ball, for the most part. You can see we'll be an attacking defense that nets big plays both ways, for and against. The top QBs will slice us up and we'll feast on young or weak QBs and offenses. Our QB of the remainder of this decade is not on the roster so I don't understand the persistent threads regarding that position.

On occasion, Ricky can make our OL look better than it is. We'll see if Ronnie can do the same. Boston streaking around the left corner after the quick out should end the nonsensical debate whether he moves ahead of sad and sorry Thompson.

The depth is a joke and will be until we're 2-3 years removed fromthe Spielman/Wanny horrors. When you see Taylor Whitley and Damion McIntosh standing side by side in the huddle during the second half it might as well be my two beer drinking clod neighbors out there.

Depth will be something to watch, and at first I thought Saban is win now at all cost! But I believe we will drop some vets to get in postion to advance in yr 2
