The raiders just moved from 37 to 58 and pick up two additional 3rd rounders and move from 5th to 4th round. I don't understand why this seems so hard for our front office. You are going to miss on some of these guys but you build your team with day 2 picks. Honestly not a huge difference in talent from early 2nd to late 2nd. Why is something so simple so hard for Grier to comprehend. This makes the draft just another frustrating day in the life of a fin fan. Please somebody wake the f up and fire this absolute idiot.

Few despise Grier more than I do, but I think he has done a great job landing two behemoths that are expected to start immediately. Miami had to solidify both OL and DL. They've done that. I will in no way bash Grier for what he's done in the 2025 draft thus far!

Yes Raiders are a model franchise for success.

No GM has any control over if a team wants to move up or not for their pick.

While giving up picks sucks, the reality is Miami is terrible in our both our lines, and it needed to be addressed, in fact we still need some more there.
Both the players were picked are day 1 starters who have physically mature bodies. They will have some growing pians in the NFL like a big men do since everyone else is big and strong too.

But if the line stays healthy it is viable and has Eich as a swing is also viable.

Nothing comes free.....

Grier has no idea how to build a team. First of all think whatever you want about the draft so far, but he just used the first two picks to replace what was already here in Wilkins and Rob Hunt. And in expectation they won't be as good, that is just the law of averages. SHould have never been in the position going into the draft where we were so desperate for a guard and DT. This is griers fault. Then he showed little mastery of the board. Could he have traded back and gotten grant later? Could he have sat there at 48 and still got the guard and not given up capital? The money he didn't use on Hunt and Wilkins went to Ramsey, Tyreek, Tua, and Waddle. Those are all bad deals. It is like we are running in place to stand still, or even get worse, which I think we are. Grier has no effing idea what he is doing, and I am saying that in the context of thinking the two players we picked up should be pretty good. It is just not enough, and the whole thing is poorly conceived and poorly architected.

U2 IN THE HOUSE!

I also agree the Dolphins are a dumb and rudderless organization, but I think the biggest problems fans have with this draft is that their fictitious mock trade down theories to accumulate 15 draft picks to get their favorite dudes from their favorite colleges didn’t come true.
