you promote your new TE coach to be Offensive Coordinator without any experience. Theisman actually said something that made sense tonight...this offensive scheme is ridiculous. None of our O-lineman know who to block and when they do, they can't physically get the job done. There are no holes to run through and none of the receivers can get any separation. They are playing offense in a five yard box. No wonder it looks like Cincy knows what is coming.
