I've been a DW supporter all along, I've never thought he was a great coach, but he is a good coach. But he needs to go and he needs to go now.
With the 1st half performances of the QB's in all 3 games, it makes no sense why Feeley wasn't pulled in the last 2 like Jay was against Tenn. It looks like DW has been ordered to let AJ take his lumps.
The team is clearly not playing for him. The D gave up at the end. Madison lost it and likely cost us the game. With the number of penalties we've been getting it just shows we're an incredibly undiciplined team. To me, that rests solely on the coach.
His run, run, run, punt style of offense doesn't suit our current personnel. We no longer have RW to bang it up in there. The line can't even block well enough to convert on a short 4th down. His inability to adjust to his players is killing us. We were much more successful when we tried passing on 1st down. Have we even thrown a deep pass all season?
Anyway, IMO these are the reasons why DW needs to go. The FO may as well do it now to give the team a chance at salvaging even a bad season out of this horrible mess.
