Worst coaching I've seen in a while. Well besides last week and the week before. This guy just can't coach.

Its not any of the players fault when you have a coach telling a Kicker who can't hit inside 40 yards to kick a 53 yarder in a field position game.

Then carolina 4th and 10 going for it and you don't call a time out to re group when your players are looking around clueless.

Then you don't tell your defense to let carolina score with a minute plus left while you still had 2 time outs. Instead you are cluless when to take them and let even more time drip off the clock wondering if you should use them or not.

JOE PHILBIN YOU ARE GONE. Maybe Martin was a blessing because with SHERMAN and Philbin nothing will ever come of it.

Failbin sucks, get him out of here. But knowing our luck he will sneak into the playoffs, or get just close enough to stick around and we will be stuck with this bum another year.

I agree. We played a better team today and had the chance to win. Joe Philbin coached not to lose. Ron Rivera coached to win. That is the difference.

I think philbin coached a fine game. Problem was offensive play calling and the inability of Sherman to call a pass play that has more air than 5 yards. Every pass play except for the occasional bomb to wallace is a 5 yard out, 5 yard slant, 5 yard stick. The defense just sits on our routes every game. THROW THE DAMN BALL INTERMEDIATE ROUTES

he is like a stone out there.. just calm and blah ... not a once of passion.
needs to get into the players, get into the coaches for not executing your plan.
he is the HEAD COACH -- he is 100% accountable!!!

This is hilarious... people are now saying that Phil in plays not to lose every week now when just a couple weeks ago he was criticized for throwing the ball with a lead late in the 4th quarter

i didnt want philbin when we hired him either. i warmed up to him after the 3 game streak, obviously.

I'm really undecided if hes the future of the team, but I am leaning towards no.

Clear sign he has little situational awareness. Calling timeouts during their drive was about as ridiculous as any football I've ever seen.

Then if our owner can't recognize that JP needs to be fired our owner sucks. I already know that though. Don't care how much $ he has or is willing to spend. Until he starts kicking and taking names and starts acting like a pro, he's just more garbage associated with this team.

Philbin is a deer in headlights. When Martin comes out with his story Philbin and Sherman and many others will be gone. Martin could possibly be the best thing ever for our franchise in it expatiated the firing of the Coaches.

doesnt matter, joe will be back. another fun offseason in finheaven in store.
