This Marshall presser on NFLN is must see

Yeah, definitely. Brandon looks committed to bettering himself, and that's all you can really ask for. Hope he follows through.

We dont owe Omar crap. Our issue was not with the article (which was good), it was with his misleading way of keeping everyone in suspense for BIG NEWS that wasnt even news at all in order to generate traffic for his blog.

It is big news, which I think is justified by the fact that he's holding live pressers on national TV and getting league-wide coverage. You guys were just expecting FA news, not big news. The news is big, huge, you guys just can't differentiate big news and FA news.

Um, this is big news. This news made it into the national spotlight.. If we signed Zach Miller, Im pretty sure Brandon Marshall would have still received more attention than that signing.

That was hard to sit through. Did they not prep him at all? He was talking about being a college graduate but I am unsure how. He definitely missed his communication and public speaking classes.

Let's hope this diagnosis and the treatment that follows helps the guy out. I couldn't imagine going through something like that.

Have a lot of newfound respect for the guy. As Wilcots said, the best way for him to handle this is to channel his energy into doing good, and I hope he honors his words and does that. I think he has a newfound will to do better, and I wish him all the best. Fins up.

When you say "Big News" during a ultra fast-paced FA period, you're implying it's about a singing.

Don't play dumb.

Omar is not the story here, get well BMarsh!

Treatment is simple. It's not something he'll ever 'recover' from, but a good psychologist can work with him on how to better handle situations. Also, Sparano would be wise to bring in a psychologist to do a quick 30 minute seminar with the coaching staff and offensive players on how to interact with someone with Borderline. I work with several women with Borderline and I've never had an issue with them because I know what not to do when interacting with them. If the Dolphin's staff knew how to do the same, we could look at a Brandon Marshall with significantly less drama. Of course, he is always going to have a volatile relationship with his wife, but we could see much less drama everywhere else in his life...

In public speaking classes you prep, I don't think he prepped, which make for some of my favorite pressers. When people just get up there and start talking and throw the PR people out the window. It's pure emotion.

The NFL network gave credit to the Sun Sentenel for breaking the story and on one of the wqam interviews Omar was talking about visiting Brandon and spending time with him. He may have had a hand in Brandon's decision to go public. It WAS big news. Give Omar credit wheather you like him or not.
