um....no.... Thats too much. Roth and a 3rd is what I'd offer him. But I would not throw Crowder in that mix. Your giving up a starting ILB good depth at OLB, all to get a kick returner. Not worth all that to me!

Cribbs is a bad option considering Bowe being available. If Bowe is unable to be had, then go ahead and grab Cribbs. Roth and a 3rd for Cribbs should get it done.
