Leadership,focus,talent,coaching,preparing for teams,adjustments in games,play calling etc...I can go on forever. This has been the a reaccuring pattern for many years with it seems no end in sight. 5 straight seasons without a playoff appearance is inexcusable considering this teams past.
We as fans have every right to be upset at the way this team is run. It seems like we all see what needs to be done to improve it but those in charge are oblivious to it. I believe that a team takes on the personality of its head coach or manager as seen with this Dolphins team. I'm a frustrated fan just trying to make sense of this mess.I hope for better days ahead but that's all I have at this point..hope. God bless everyone and have a happy and healthy new year.
